The Village at Crockett’s BOD will hold a BOD meeting on Wednesday, August 6th. Village at Crockett’s Ridge residents are welcome to attend. The BOD meeting will be held at 1200 Woodlands Creek Way at 7:00 PM.
Effective May 1st, Charleston Management will no longer be the property management company for the Village at Crockett’s Ridge. The Board of Directors has decided to hire Grandchester Meadows for our property management needs. Grandchester Meadows is responsible for several well established neighborhoods in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Durham and Morrisville.
The decision to change management companies was made in order to better serve the residents of The Village at Crockett’s Ridge. By making the switch to Grandchester Meadows, the community will save a substantial amount of money, and will be able to use homeowners dues to continually better the appearance and upkeep of the neighborhood. The Board of Directors feels strongly that this switch will enable our community to thrive and use our resources in a more productive manner.

The Village at Crockett’s Ridge 2007 Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 13th at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at Apex Baptist Church. All owners in the Village at Crockett’s Ridge are invited to attend. Below is an outline of the agenda.
